Legends At Bat is an experimental app created as part of Simtelligence's work in autonomous product development. Feedback, bug reports, and ideas are genuinely useful. We just cannot promise a service level, response time, or resolution timeline.

How Support Works

We review support requests when possible and use them to improve the app, investigate bugs, and notice where the experience is unclear. Because Legends At Bat is still an experiment, support is best-effort only.

A message may not receive an individual reply. If a report points to a reproducible bug or a meaningful improvement, we may address it in a future update.

What to Include

The most useful reports include the app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the screen where the issue happened, and a short note on what you expected to happen.

For Cloud AI issues, include the configured provider type and whether the problem happens before or after the app asks for Cloud AI permission. Please do not send API keys, secrets, private prompts, or other sensitive information.

Cloud AI Providers

Legends At Bat can use optional Cloud AI providers selected or configured by the user. Simtelligence cannot provide account, billing, quota, outage, model behavior, or API-key support for third-party AI providers.

If the issue appears to come from a third-party provider, that provider's status page, documentation, account settings, and support channels are the right next places to check.

No Service Level

Legends At Bat is not offered with guaranteed uptime, guaranteed response times, guaranteed bug fixes, or guaranteed compatibility with every device, operating system version, Cloud AI provider, or custom endpoint.

We may change, pause, remove, or discontinue experimental features as we learn from the product. Support availability may also change without notice.
